Corporate Training

January 2010

It is a well known fact that in today's fast changing times, employees require not only their basic technical skills but also soft skills. The current education system provides adequate if not excellent academic (read technical) skills. However, it is a common lament of recruiters that there is no emphasis on soft skills. The traditional approach to developing soft skills is 'learn-as-you-work' on-the-job training.

However, with a fast growing environment, recruiters no longer have the time and patience to train freshers. They are on the lookout for people who have the required set of both technical and soft skills and can hit the ground running from day one on the job.

This is where we come in. We provide various trainings to companies, whether it be an induction programme for fresh recruits, general training for lower cadre employees or specific training for middle and top management workers.

iQue ideas works in close association with companies to identify the needs of the organization and deliver customized solutions for the same.

We believe that the 'one size fits all' mindset is unacceptable. It would be unfair to deliver the same module in the exact same manner to different groups. Our trainers first assess the specific recruitments of the target audience and then modify the modules to deliver them in the best possible manner. Constant improvisation based on regular feedback is the cornerstone of our success.
