  • Purchase the UGAT Bulletin with the Registration Form against cash payment of 500/- from listed Institutes or from AIMA, Lod hi Road New Delhi.

  • Register online at website link; https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2017 with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card) payment of 500/-. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

  • Register online at website link: https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2017 by making payment of 500/- through Net Banking. Detailed Procedure is given at the website link.
    OR
  • Register online at website link; https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2017 along with a Demand Draft of 500/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

All provisionally registered candidates both for Paper Based and Computer Based Test can download their Admit Card from AIMA website link: (http://apps.aima.in/ugat2017/admitcard.aspx) on or after 06 May 2017 (Saturday). Specific Admit Card is generated both for the candidates opted for the Paper Based Test and for the Computer Based Test. Admit Card contains Candidate's Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to him/her in the case of Computer Based Test.

Process for downloading Admit Card:

  • Access individual admit card using UGAT Registration Form Number
  • Take the printout of the admit card from the above link.
  • Affix on the admit card two similar photographs.
  • Get the photographs on the admit card attested by any Gazzetted officer or Head of the Institute / College from where the candidate has passed or going to pass.
  • Report to the test centre at least 45 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the test.

Exam is tentatively conducted in the first week on May every year. The UGAT exam can be appeared for in both the ways i.e. offline and online.

AIMA UGAT Examination Pattern for BBA and BCA:

  • AIMA UGAT question paper consists of 130 questions, objective types and multiple choice questions.
  • Duration of the test is 2 hours.
  • Each question would have four response

AIMA UGAT Examination Pattern for BHM:

  • AIMA UGAT admission test for BHM consists of 2 papers.
  • Paper I consists of 130 objective types questions and Paper II consists of 50 objective type questions.
  • Duration of Paper I is 2 hours, while the duration for Paper II is 1 hour.
  • Each question would have four responses

The following sections are there in the UGAT test:

1. English :

This section comprises of 40 questions from comphrehension passages, synonyms, antonyms, choosing correct words, idioms and phrases, jumbled paragraphs, fill in the blanks etc. This section is meant to test the langauage skill and vocabulary of the candidates.

2. Numerical and Data Analysis:

This section comprises of 30 questions which would test the numerical ability of candidates. The questions will be set from 10th and 12th level covering various topics including Profit & Loss, Speed and Distance,Time&Work, Algenra, Permutation and combination, etc.

3. Logical Reasoning:

This section comprises of 30 questions testing logical Reasoning . The candidate will come across some questions with passages and the reasoning questions will be framed on the information provided in the passages.

4. General Knowledge:

The section comprises of 30 questions which will cover the topics such of History, Geography, General Science, Economics, Civics and Current Affairs of the past years.

  • Test Centre City list is provided in the Bulletin. Also, the list of cities is provided in the drop down menu for the Test Centre Choices in the Registration Form. Test Venues for Paper-Based Test and Computer Based Test are different.
  • The Computer-Based Test will take place in Delhi NCR only.
  • The Paper-Based Test and Computer-Based Test will take place on the same date and same time, i.e., on 13 May 2017 (Saturday) between 1000-1300Hrs.

Carry the Admit Card duly completed along with Ball Point, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener to the test centre.

Mobile and other Infotech gadgets are not allowed inside the test centre campus.

The students appearing for the test have to carry their admit card along with an ORIGINAL ID Proof. The admit card and the ID will be checked before entering the examination hall.

Important Instructions:

  1. Candidates NOT CARRYING ORIGINAL Identity Card shall NOT BE ALLOWED inside the test center.
  2. COLOURED PHOTOCOPIES/DIGITAL PRINTS etc. are NOT to be considered as ORIGINAL.

Past year papers are not available on the UGAT official website. If you come across any such papers except the website then don’t consider it to be authentic.
